Let's say you can't touch yourself or have an orgasm for a given amount of time.

If you take your mind off of sex things this should be easy.

What if you can't, and you are stimulated or teased in some ways but still have to abstain ? What would you do in that case to help you resist the urge ?

A chastity cage can be a helpful tool, though I'm not sure what the current "state-of-the-art" is for female chastity belts, as far as things like comfort/hygiene with longer term lockup.
