if you look at my older promises, i ALWAYS "FORGET" to add the disclaimer to exclude my posts on my promises (when in the mood, i sometimes add the stipulation that my posts count as triple for myself - but i was a little leery of You & KK's inputs this time around...) - the masochist cumming out in me!
