Sorry - I missed these.

On mouthsoaping - I believe it is reasonably safe to hold a bar of soap in the mouth for a little while - some say even half an hour is quite OK. Do not eat soap, but there may be lots of soapy sudsy saliva that does trickle down the throat. For information I rely on this guy on FetLife who seems to have quite an extensive knowledge and who also tests soap for pH level (too high and it can cause alkali burns - note Ivory if very high).
