One night stands are not that bad. They become something negative only when they are so frequent and normalized that they start feeling dull and unexciting, and even in that case you are mostly hurting yourself. How frequently do you do that, on average? Do you still find the excitement in those one night stands or is it becoming a procedure/an habit?

3. when the list is done, you'll have the alternative to come here in the thread and ask for 3 tasks from your dislike list to complete before you can do any of the things listed in your likes. the porn rule stays even if you choose this option

If it's just an habit and you don't get at least a bit of excitement and fun out of it, there is no point. You're shooting yourself in the foot on this one.

First goal is to have it be maximum once per week. When you'll have succesfully did two weeks like that, you'll report on how do you feel about it and if it's still something that you don't get at least a bit of excitement out of:

a. the frequency you are allowed to do that will lower even more

OR

b. eventual denial/teasing rules that will come up will get worse

We'll wait for the dislikes list to choose what you should do if you don't respect this rule.

Even in the worst case scenario, it shouldn't happen often that you break this rule, and I don't want it to be too much boring for you so:

For every one night stand that exceeds your allowed amount you'll have to come here in the thread and beg for a task that falls in your dislikes.

If no one in the thread responds, you are allowed to PM people that are online untill you find someone that will give you one. I'll also leave you my Kik via PM and you can use that as a last stand if you don't find anyone in either way.

For every rule that you manage to follow for the whole week, I'll personally send you a dare/task based on your likes.
