Well you didn't specify what part of your body you wanted punishing so you can pick your nipples, pussy lips, the inside of your ass cheaks or all three.

Every hour you need to clamp your chosen body part and leave it clamped until it becomes uncomfortable. Every hour you need to reclamp your body for however long you could last before plus 20%.

E.g. You keep the clamps on for 10 mins the first time so you clamp yourself for 12 mins after an hour, then you clamp yourself for 14 mins and 24 seconds the hour after that.
