I'm doing my 295 minutes of filled and stretched in 30 minute stints because I think that's manageable. I found a handy way to tuck the tube and bulb of my inflatable into my waistband if I wear loose enough boxers, so I can walk around and do things while the plug is in rather than having to just lie there. It took a while to get used to the feeling of having it in me while I move about though, and there are lots of movements that are uncomfortable or downright painful, like bending over. Sitting on it is a very different sensation as well, it really presses my bladder.

I've done 90 minutes so far. I'm still getting used to having something in while I do other stuff.
