So - my life got a bit crazy. (I am well, no covid virus or anything.) But I finally got these done.
I did 4 x 35 minutes. First two were OK, but I hurt my neck a while ago and so the hands-on-head thing was really not good. So after a few days more rest I did the other two with my hands behind my back. For whatever reason, the last one I was really leaning on the wall and my nose got really squashed flat holding that coin (actually a plastic poker chip because metal coins can mark the paint). 35 minutes gets to feel very long!



So I will be back posting a bit, but life is busy.
I will think about a new challenge to put up....
