Roll seven times. Cross out the lowest results. Keeping the order upright start on the left and move to the right with each release time. The roll determines how many glasses of water you have to drink before each time slot. You may not release yourself at home but feel free to use a diaper while you're fully clothed if you can't make it to a public toilet or anywhere else in time. Diapers have to stay taped until they leak. If you pee at home, catch it all and drink it along with the glasses of water. If you pee outside of a timeslot PM five users for a punishment for peeing without permission, second time ask ten users, third time fifteen. If you fail for a fourth time immediately stop. You are now stuck in diapers for the next month.
