Right...time for another update...so I worked on the list a bit tonight,

Exercise I pushed a bit harder, doing various of the following:

Sit Up,
Plank,
Side Plank
Press
Squats
Reps

Tomorrow I am going for a run...

Otherwise:

I put another 3 ice cubes in my boxers and did a Wedgie, drank some water...
I have now gone commando
I have applied toothpaste to my balls and asshole and applied 3 pegs to my balls
I did 15 ball slaps, 30 paddle hits to my ass and 12 paddle hits to my balls

So all in all I'm doing my best to catch up
