Keira finished another shower, timing herself to six minutes. For some reason, the timer made it seem even worse, knowing that once the timer went off, she could leave the shower, but until then, had to suffer...

Adding another ice cold shower. Go in with a bottle /container that can hold around 500ml. You can only get out of the shower when it's full and must poor the contents over yourself when you turn off the shower. Set a backup timer for 10 minutes, if it takes longer than this it's too long and you can stop.

For this one kneel in shower, hand's by side but sticking out, palms up. Lean your head back as far as you can. Make sure face is under the shower. (obviously any difficulties breathing, then change position!)
