Yes. Taking that public nudity is illegal and that I don't want to be identified, the bondage scenario would be the following.

Being hanged upside down from a ledge of a building would be something. Wearing a cat suit (or a tiger one for men) to hide my identity and my hands cuffed to something nearby or behind my back.
Being duct taped to a wall is something interesting. My body completely covered by duct tape, almost the same like a vacuüm bed.
