Loser has to:

Pick a location like a park or other public space that's about an hour's walk or 15 minute bike ride from their house.

Leave your house, don't lock the door, drive (or walk/ride if you want) to the location, and hide your house key(s) somewhere. Drive home.

Once home, get your bike ready, then give your self an enema (at least 1qt). Quickly put on your diaper and a pair of jeans and use zip ties to lock the two front-most belt loops of your jeans together.

Immediately go outside, locking the door behind you, taking nothing with you. No wallet, phone, purse, keys, etc. Certainly nothing you could use to cut the zip ties.

Now you're trapped outside in your diaper, enema inside you, pants locked on, and none of your usual support items. You're in this alone. And your only choice is to walk or ride to wherever you hid your house keys so you can get back in your house and change. Walking will take a long time, but riding, while faster, will mean constantly pressing your messy diaper against you, probably causing lots of leaking.

When you finally get home, cut the zip ties and change yourself.
