I've done my collar time, which wasn't all that different from normal. I have a chain one that I wear out in public often, so it wasn't too bad.

Now...I'm going to risk the 3 punishments on this one. There are so many male villains without powers in the DC universe so this will be a shot in the dark. Sorry to everyone else if this is wrong.

Q20. A guess. Is this person The Joker?
