Try to find the parental control settings in every device you own.
Computer and phone are mandatory but try to find them in your TV, in your console, you tablet...
Now switch them all on for a week
Limit it to a 6 year old, if a device like a tablet doesn’t have parental controls then get qustodio, block all adult stuff and restrict if for a 6 year old
Last but not least set the screen time for all devices to 2-3 hours per day
