For me, I live in a dorm room by myself with a two-way window (where, during the day, no one can see inside my room, but I can see out, and at night, everyone can see in, but I can't see out). This window spans the entire wall. The bathroom is just across the hallway, but there are people living nearby though, so I'm not 100% by myself.

Setup a sprinkler in your yard. Preferably in the front yard, but you decide how daring you will be. Then spend 30 minutes running through the sprinkler. Of course naked. Then lay out in the sun for an hour to dry off, still naked.
Don't forget your sunblock!
And you can wait to do this until the next nice day where you live.
