Not a very interesting question I know but what's on your reading list for the summer?
I don't have anything in mind at the moment, though I did just finish a series so I need to find something else to read already. Right now I'm considering re-reading either Harry Potter or Artemis Fowl. Perhaps I'll find another crime thriller series.

If you could be extremely talented at any instrument, which would it be?
Piano. It seems like such a versatile instrument, and I could play it whilst singing, too.

If you had to choose one song to listen to for the rest of your life, which would it be?
Oh God, um... agh. Maybe Mister Sandman? It's so catchy that it gets stuck in my head anyway, and it's fun to sing along to.

If you could pack up all your friends and family and move somewhere else, would you? Or would you stay where you are?
Hm... I don't *particularly* like where I live right now (and neither does my mum) because it's a bit isolated, so if we could just move to a bigger town or something, that'd be good. And if all my family could be nearby, that'd be even better; it'd be nice to see my little cousins more than about once a year, and I know both my parents miss their parents a lot.

What is the strangest fact that you know?
Um... that there is apparently a Swedish word for crying whilst masturbating (gråtrunka.)

If you could master any skill what skill would you master and why would you master that skill?
Drawing. I'm very envious of people who can create in that way and I wish I was artistically talented.

What is your favourite thing to do when you are upset?
Depends on what kind of "upset" I am. A lot of the time it just means I'll cry my eyes out for a bit and grab a stuffed toy I've had for years (or the dog if I can make her stay on my lap) till I feel less terrible. If it's more pissed off, then usually that involves sporadic swearing and angrily singing along to Paramore songs while I resist the urge to smash something against the wall. And now I'm re-reading the question and wondering if I got the wrong end of the stick...

What on word best describes you?
Damn, I'm terrible at things like this... Um... hopeful. I can be really cynical, but I think I'm an optimist at heart.

Which fictional character would you most like to go on a date with, why did you choose that character?
The Doctor, because that would just be all kinds of amazing.


1. What was your favorite Halloween costume to dress up in?
I've never really done much for Halloween. I don't think it's as big here as America. I can only ever remember dressing up as a witch as a child, and a cat a few years ago.

2. What fictional character do you have a crush on?
There's probably quite a few. I think the first one was Dave the Laugh in the Angus, Thongs and Full-Frontal Snogging books (loved those so much) but right now it's probably Cal from Orphan Black.

3. If you could have been a child prodigy, what would have been your skill?
Hm, being able to read at a ridiculously fast pace and still retain all of that information well.

4. If you could travel to any point in time in the past, where would you travel to?
Ancient Rome/Pompeii (pre-Vesuvius, of course.) I used to do Latin and I loved the stuff we learnt about daily life back then.

5. If you had a movie made about your life, who would play the lead role?
