Let's move from holding to incontinence. Put an alarm on your phone for 5 minutes, when it rings: you pee. If nothing comes out: you drink a glass of water. After peeing/drinking you set the alarm again to 5 minutes. Do this for the next 1.5 hours.

Keep the diaper on. If you leak, you replace the diaper for a pair of panties.
