So, it's the first class, let's start with an easy task:
Without looking up online, I want you to pm me or post in this thread(in spoilers please) the names of the muscles of the arm (forearm and shoulder not included)

The punishment will be canning spanks,
for each name missing/wrong you will get 1 very hard spank on your right ass cheek

You have 3 days from this post to complete the task, or you are going to receive a more intense punishment.
