Kuifje Loses

Loser has to give themselves a 10 minutes squeaky clean wedgie and then has to put themselves in either a shoulder wedgie, bra-connection, or permanent wedgie for 4 hours. Shoulder should be first to try, if not, permanent, or bra-connection.
