its sort of a cultural thing. in the US, where i'm from, most people are. But in almost every other country its considered barbaric to circumsize babies, so it might be a good idea to say where you are from as well.

(btw, if you arn't you have to pay special attention to cleaning it or risk infection)

mines not but for some reason when i was born my penis looked retracted it still looks good though i can make it look retracted,cut or uncut it mostly looks retracted.
