Well first you have to clean the toilet with a toothbrush. Both your feet and hands have to be tied together of course.
After that, brush your teeth with the toothbrush (sorry if this is against your poo limit (if it is, you should use a toilet brush more often, though :P)).
Then get a tray (or similar) and a wine glass. Fill the glass with your pee and put it on the tray.
Hold it infront of you, as if you were serving someone. Do this for 10 minutes, while standing in a corner. If you spill anything, lick it up. If you give up, drink the whole glass and spank yourself 200 times on each cheek.

Walk around in public completely sissyfied, asking random people to take a photo of you (with your camera/phone).
