Okay I got an intersting one for you! Get a bra with a good amount of padding then soak one of the cups in water. Put the bra in the freezer for a few hours. Next take the bra out and fill the other cup with a fair amount of icyhot just about where your nipple would be! Don't rub it in!! Then put the bra on. Next put on a thong and tie a rope from the back of your thong to the back of your bra it should be pretty tight. next go on the floor and start doing crunches until the icyhot stops burning or the frozen cup completely melts

That sounds fun indeed. I wish I could try it, but I'm not sure how I could explain to my family how a bra got in the freezer!
