So...finally I'm like, well I've got quite a few challenges...you have to do them!

So I have made a dent into the list...

I started off in a Black T-shirt and tight black boxer shorts.
I removed the boxers, sliding them down to the floor and then proceeded to smack my bare ass with the paddle 10 times...this is a wooden paddle of medium size...and actually I was surprised that it stung quite a bit

I then proceeded with the 6 paddle hits to the balls...I'll say not great not terrible haha,
actually the 5 ball slaps I did after were a bit more painful!

Then it was time to proceed to the exercise...I kept dressed as I was, so just a T-shirt and began with the 30 second plank, using my phone as a timer, I then went in sequence to do
Side plank
Press ups
Reps (bicep curls)
Squats
Sit ups
Then I went back and did another plank and another side plank, finishing up this session with more reps, above my head this time

Fair to say my arms are aching the most! But it was a nice workout and something thanks to this thread I can start doing more regularly

Oh and after that I took a large drink of water :P
