a dare from each person within limits might make things more interesting or 1 person from each team can make a bet for someone of the other sex with maybe like loser is winners slave or loser does x for winner etc

That could make it more interesting but the main problem was (at least for me) that it's extremely stressfull and time-consuming in it's current state. Especially if there are 3 or more users posting at the same time.

That could work. But everybody must comply and there must be an effective penalty if someone posts to early.
And that would make a game possibly much longer.
