So I did these yesterday. Since I'm a BB penguin, I just do them as regular busts, but the 50% extra means I did 150, 113, and 38 busts for each section. I did punches for the first 150, but then I did slaps for the next 113 to try to simulate how the belt would feel. In the same spirit, I made a fist and pounded on my balls (instead of punching) hard for the last 38 to try to simulate how a book drop would feel. So my 50% increase made these 75 hard busts and 225 easy busts. I did the hard busts 5 at a time, taking a break after every 25. I tried to make sure these were good and painful, and I don't think I let you down. Most painful two days of my life

I had no idea balls could hurt this much. The wooden spoon was very rough. I chose to do 500. My balls were already aching after just 50! I troopered through but they were very sore, it almost seemed as if the rough texture of the wood made my skin tender too!
