Here is an update on the execution of my promise:

Because I didn't want to start off by having to add 1 to all numbers; I did a round of naked(1 of 2) exercises tonight.
I started with the lizards, I had no clue. So i tried around a little at first, and with the room I have, was able to do 5x2L+R of them. After that did 12 side-leg-lifts for both sides with a light resistance band (2-star). I went on to do 10 pushups, then onto 20 situps. Making Lightze happy I worked onto the burpees, 11!. I planned 12, but only did the last one half.

Onto a plank, 60 seconds, made it! Sadly thats exhausting for pretty much everything, so another catch-my-breath and some "easy" side leg raises, again with the resistance band: 12xLR.
I had to look up the mule kicks. Apparently there are two variants. One is kicking each leg behind you. the other is kicking both legs up in the air while leaning on your arms. I did both, (and checked, the suggested mule kick was the first one. )
The kick-each-leg-separately, I knew, and did with a 3-star resistance band. 12x each leg. The others were new to me, but funny and more a cardio exercise: 19.
15 more situps after; then realised I planned 12 burpees, 1 burpee is not a burpee, so 3 more.
Exhausted, knowing I had pushups and a plank in my plans coming.. I drank some more water...
Plank, 60 seconds, shaking at the end, but I made it, just made it...
This was the moment I got answer about the mule kicks, so a good excuse for a tiny break before the pushups. I was able to push 10 more out.
Knowing my legs could take a little more I did 10 squads instead of the planned 5.

This results in the following numbers to be done:
- negative numbers are counted as random exercises.. except for random, thats done now with -11
- from all but planks, 5 were substracted before substracting from the initial numbers.

  • SITUP: -18
  • SQUAD: -10
  • BURPEE: 10
  • PLANK (15s): 7

Another report: after it got late, I pushed my favorite dildo ballsdeep into my throat and started the timer. I did so 3 times for 33, 22, and 20 seconds. Already after the first 11 seconds which don't count I felt my eyes starting to tear up. So I only completed 22+11+9=42 seconds so far.

For early breakfast I had dildo today, meaning I completed some deepthroats, not that I acutally ate it.

I used little pets app to track amounts and time. First I did 112 deepthroats in 1 minutes 53 seconds. Though I was eager to make more per minute and more in total at once to compensate for the initial and per minute increase, I stopped so early. With full out full in deepthroats, I am not as fast and it is more straining for my throat. Also, the breals I took felt like a little threat to lose too much by the ongoing time. I started a second time and completed 141 deepthroats in 2 minutes 57 seconds. But I also added 24+5+24+10 deepthroats to the total for as for not counting that many. This way I track the overall completed deepthroats for the amount given with the not counting conditions.

Then I also held one deepthroat for 26 seconds, and another for 16 seconds, shoving the dildo right into my throat and holding it with my hand. I needed a big break between those two and didn't dare to go for another one. The first 10 seconds are already straining on me, but the first 11 don't count, so I am encouraged to hold actually way longer. Due to these "short" durations, I can only count 20 seconds held in total.
