Your dare starts the morning after you see this (or the morning after you get all your supplies)

Pick the total number of diapers you have/want to wear for the day. This number has to get you through the whole day so pick carefully. And no changing this number once you start! Now, take the number of diapers you’ll be wearing and divide it by two (round all half numbers up to the nearest whole). This new number is the number of times you must wet while outside of your house. If you choose at the start to layer up your diapers you can divide the number of public wettings by two (again) but only if you put on at least two diapers at every diaper change. If, at the end of the day (before you go to bed) you realize you picked a number too high take the left over diapers, cut slits in all but the outside one, wear them all to bed and don’t take them off until you leak through to the last one. If you run out of diapers for the day you must wear your last diaper until the next morning (and pray you don’t leak all over the place).

Your dare is a simple one. You need to fill a diaper with as much pee and poo as possible while in a large shopping center (Walmart, Target, K-mart, etc.). Then you just need to go to the restroom in the store, leave the stall unlocked, and change out of your very used diaper, no cleaning yourself, put on a clean diaper. Then dispose of your used one while someone else is in the restroom.

1 Day entirely double diapered and use them (cannot change out from wake up until ready for bed)
1 day diapered all day as above but you can change as much as needed.
1 day at least 8 hours in diapers. You must use them at least 3 times (stay in until you have)
1 day at last 4 hours in diapers. You must use them at least twice (stay in until you have)
1 day at least 2 hours in diapers. You must use them at least once.
