i've done all these busts in one go. I used a fruit in a suck as my worst implement sine it's hurt so badly and can really take me to my knees, After Emmyred busts my balls were a little bit sore, then i had to do 800. When i finished even touching them was painful.

Stage One:
50 hits with something heavy
1 minute on ice
50 hits with something stingy
2 minutes on ice
50 hits with something thuddy
3 minutes on ice
50 hits with your least favorite tool
4 minutes on ice.

Stage Two: Do as many book drops in a row as you can handle with less than a 1 minute break in between each. Count them aloud.

Stage Three: This depends on the number of book drops you completed.
Less than twenty:

21- 40

Not bad. Do 5 rubber band snaps per ball now, and keep the rubber band on your wrist. For the next 24 hours, every time you use the restroom, do 5 more snaps per ball. (Max 6 times)

41-60

Pretty good. I bet your balls are quite sore. Do 5 edges. Then open the book and place your balls on the page. Slam it shut 5 times.

61+

Impressive. That deserves a reward. Do ten edges, and then you may have a 20% reduction to be used on any ONE future post.

Please report on your experience! Bunnies and bouncing bunnies should attempt this two separate times instead of doubling amounts.

You can start by doing my previous post.

Everyone: name as many musicals as you can without looking any up. The number you can name is X. Then do 25-X times 20 hits with a wet wooden spoon.

That was great busting after 200 hits with difrent implements with freezing betwen I did 49 book drops and decided that's enough. After this since i cannot name any musical i still have to do 500 hits with wet wooden spoon.
