Not good at excersise so I just took the 500 with my least favorite implement. The backside of a heavy wood hairbrush

Hey gym helped out a bit got 3 mins and 20 secs so 200 reduce XD Cutie used metal spatula thank you for the busts Emmyred you nice lady you!

IF you cannot find 20 implements, then when you run out of implements, all the remaining hits must go only to the left.
(eg. If you have 13 implements, the last 200 hits would all be done with the last implement to the left.)

No time limit for when the busts have to be done by, but I will try get them done ASAP.
I can not be kept in, it is just for this Monday.

Focusing on one ball one ball at a time makes everything worse, stingy evil spoon.
And fruit swings is even worse starting aching badly 1/2 though these.
Ruler hits stung but better than the last 2.
The shoe made a thud and ached.
First time using spatula and I already hate it! These made my balls and side ache enough that I had to take my first short break. And that was only 40.
The hits with the brush (back) stung and made my left ball very red.
I looked though the house before hand but could not find a band, I guess I own you these.
Straight back to lefty, used the 1.5L water bottle.

I wasnt sure how to do the book drops so I took a large hardcover and di 50 in 2 ways
First 50 was laying down one my back dropping them. It ached and it was hard to bring myself to drop it each time. I took a break at 30ish.
Then I Placed My ball on my deck and dropped the book sideways, this was sooo much worse, more so when It just hit one ball. I had to stop after 2 drops and lay on my bed in pain, I took a lot of breaks during this. After 18 I swapped to a lighter book but that still really hurt sine it hit a smaller area. I really dont think one book drop is worth 1 bust :P

I used a water bottle for these busts, and did 75 straight on my left ball, and then 75 straight on my right. I was definitely feeling these by the end xD. Thanks for the busts.

I tied my balls, and then did the jumping jacks and the plank. I made it a minute in before I stopped (guess I'm gunna have to get in shape this summer). So that leaves me with 440 hard busts. I'm going to have to do these later, but I'm planning to use either the wooden spoon or the dowel to a hammer (it's rubber, not wood, but still pretty weighty). Not sure which yet, but I'll let you know in my report, or feel free to let me know which you prefer if you see this.

So I ended up using the dowel of a hammer for my 440 busts for this (my balls were pretty sensitive today, so I figured it'd be more unpleasant than the wooden spoon). For starters, I'm an idiot and got ~75 busts in before I remembered that I needed to tie my balls, and had to restart. My balls were already a bit swollen just from those, so that didn't help.
These hurt quite a bit though, so I only did 20 at a time. You've been giving extra painful assignments lately. Thanks
Took me a while to get through these, so I took a break and untied my nuts after I'd done 240. I finally finished though, and my nuts are so sore Dx I think that'll be all I do for today. Thanks for the busts, Emmy!
