Let's go with this for interesting. Adjust the bra to be as small and tight as possible, whilst still being worn. I.e. straps as tight as they get, with you inside.

When you come back from your walk you need to leave the wedgie for 1 hour, but for each 1000 steps you made you can reduce 10 min.

Since no one else is posting, I will add my second 5 minutes, and also when you get to a place with no people around pretend that your bully is coming towards you. He/She pulls your hair, hard enough to get you to your knees, then while you on your feet they slap your face, 5 time each side, each time alittle bit stronger. when you get back up they pants you and spank your ass 1 time, the hardest they can, and then they leave laughing. keep walking with your pants down for 5 min.
