How about plank for 1 minute then 10 sit ups holding the 15 dumbbell to your chest. Then 2 minutes plank then 20 situps with the dumbbell. then 3 minutes and 30 sit ups etc. See if you can follow this pattern up to 10 minutes and 100 sit ups.

Torture my ass
So just like last time (sorry i have been very inactive), I want exercise dares. I would love to get a good booty and wouldn't mind some pain or restrain while getting it. I would like an EXTREME ass workout for me to complete, in the privacy of my room. I do not have any toys, though have most household items (make use of them!).
