Bunny not playing just wanted to give some input to try and help.
A few suggestions-

Try to come up with one where it will work for individuals on no touch as every has edges
Make the squares easier to read, even if this means putting a blog up with an explanation for each square.
Give it time, as you said in the first post people have lives, part of that will be some can only check this on weekends.
Make more cards but remove some things and add others, this will give people more options and those having other fetishes will feel more welcome to play.
