If you catch me in the next 60 minutes you can give me a new rule that I have to follow for a maximum of 90 days.

If you catch me in the next 90 minutes you can give me a new rule that I have to follow for a maximum of 30 days.

If you catch me within 2 hours you can give me a dare, faproulette, or make me post.

If you catch me within 5 minutes I need to wear my blue crossdressing outfit (including fake boobs and butt/hip shapers.) I am only allowed to use the famale toilets to pee. 6 hours before I go to the city I need to eat x laxatives (you choose) and I am not allowed to poop until home.
If you want you can extra rules and stuff to it to make it more embarrassing/humiliating
