Hello fellow Doctor! You're right, almost nobody likes the sound of their own voice. I used to be the same with that. But after all the kind people here telling me I have a sexy accent, I changed my opinion. Slightly.
So let me be the first to say, you've got a great accent, nothing to be ashamed about. The same goes for the rain. No Brit should have to make apologies for the rain.

Thanks for the compliment, it was nice to get out of my shell.

I just started reading it a few days ago and remembered how creepy that part was. I'm thinking if doing this again in a different accent. Accents were the only things I was good at in high school theatre and I'm still highly accomplished in several.
