Ooh I just took a quick glance but I really like what I saw.

Love the fact that the progression of the thread is carried with the progression of the story. Also, integrating a simple economic system was a great idea and having bonuses on roleplay and a partecipated ending makes for a really interactive experience. Bet it was a lot of fun!

The setting was nice but grim/horror ones are more up my weelhouse

As for the ten keys, I'll go for SMELLS LIKE FAILURE (x10). Time to invite some more people to enforce the law on the prisoner

Ooh... the game could be a really cruel prison... or an insane asylum. The question is... would we make it so the guards are the managers? With the prisoners being the workers? It could use a similar structure, but woudl require some reworking for that environment.

Where I live most of the cities still have the old town, which is exactly like it was in the Middle Ages. Castles, tunnels, torture chambers everywhere.

During medieval fairs, there is such a gloomy and raw atmosphere. Without lights, only candles and torches. Everyone dresses up and roleplays prisoners, processions, executions.

Feels like being in a page of Berserk. I'd see y*u well in one of those pages prisoner

Managers could be guards or inquisitors. There could be a hierarchy of two-three roles, with different scopes and goals, so everyone could choose the perspective that they like the most.

Hmm... good point. The hard part is making sure you have at least one dedicated person for each level - so the more levels, the more difficult it is to manag.... admin.

There could be characters, filled in by specific persons y*u choose beforehand, leaving a generic guard role for most of the interactions and the partecipants.

Would be easier to admin but would be harder to write. Characters would only influence how the story goes with their choices, while doing the same things as every other guards on a practical level.

That said, using a very similar structure to the old thread and adapting it to a different setting and story might just do it. If y*u have to do it all by yo*rself it's rough as it is
