If you have jockey underwear - wet it and put in freezer for 2 hours - afterwards wear them until they melt. If you do not have jockey's need to use panties instead. Roll a dice and insert that many ice cubes in your ass at the same time you are wearing the frozen underwear.

and if u can't hold it 4 at least 30 min. u have to p in ur pants.
