Simple
As the title suggest this is so simple.
Strip off in the bathroom, only fill the bath about 3 inches full of cold water. then lie in it for as long as possible. Remember that your temperature will plumet so always have a towel ready.

As a twist do that and then edge as many times as you can in the cold water in 10 minutes, then take that number (eg 4) away from 10 (10-4=6) and thats the number of times you need to repeat the dare in the next 5 days
