Flush away
Wait untill you need to piss, then do it. Then keep your head over the toilet bowl for 2 minutes, after the 2 minutes has ellapsed place your hand in the toilet and flush. For the more daring of you, place your head in the bowl as low as possible and then give yourself a swirlie.
