Simple towel dare.

Wrap yourself in a towel, possibly wetting your hair to add authenticity. Now, take out the rubbish or perform some other chore that requires you to leave by the front door.

As you leave the house close the door behind you and trap a corner of your towel in the door. This should cause you to drop whatever you're carrying, and I imagine your house keys will land out of your reach by a good few yards.

Now try to get back into the house by asking a passer by to pass you the dropped keys, or by going to get them yourself.
