Put on your panties and then your stockings. Then put on a swimsuit over this. Now put on a bra and then a t-shirt. Put on some shorts and then put on a dress. Now put on some shoes and then go and have fun during the day when you need to go to the toilet. You must put everthing back on in that order after you have been. If you can't be bothered taking eveything off you can always just go in your panties.

The more daring can put on a thong that will ride up, or you could put a chocolate bar in the back of your panties and then rush out to the nearest public toilet before it melts.

I would suggest taking one article of clothing off every set time (ie: every half an hour) or every time an action occures (your phone rings, someone says your name, you see an orange car, you go to the restroom.)

Also, you can go for a walk and every time you stop walking for more than 2 seconds, you must take an article off.
