I've read this punishment somewhere . You have to get extra strong toothpaste, icy hot. And for one whole day you have to apply 1 finger to your ass and 1 finger on your penis head. You have to reapply it every 30mins! Ofc you can't cum until next day.

Alright here's you super hard dare:
