Now, paint on underwear using water based paint
or lube in a couple of layers and let dry. Go about
your day as usual, working, shopping etc. Make a
pee-hole in the underwear if needed. Don't take off
until you are home at least 5 hours later.

i actually like this dare... to make it harder girls could wear a dress or skirt. You could also have someone paint it for you and they could paint little words or phrases onto your ass

Just to make things clear: no real panties used in the dare, only
the paint or glue (water based) applied.

Yeah, liquid latex works for sure. But other materials should be avoided, like
plaster (burns) and paint based on something else than water.
