Boundanna is a relatively common one but still one of the best web resource for bondage.

Fetlife.com has a few groups that are focused on bondage and self bondage. I'm particularly fond of the rope ones. If you don't already have an account there, I'd highly suggest it -- if for nothing more than just the resources. It's like facebook but kinky
