Spread eagle with a plug in... but I don't want to ruin your sleep for a month so the plug will be of normal size, the straps will be loose so your hands can almost touch each other and same thing for your legs. You can also choose every night if you will sleep belly up or down. If you try a couple nights and can't really sleep, you can remove the straps on the hands and replace them with simple cuffs with at least 10 cm inbetween.
