Human Statue Training?

I really enjoy the idea of being a human statue. Holding a decorative pose for an extended period, and being nothing more than just an object/decoration. But I struggle to keep motivated and stay in the pose. So clearly I, need training and discipline to truely become the object I desire.

With my end goal, seeing myself as a statue/object; being in a statue mode daily.

I believe the training should include
Telling me how to pose, how long for, and a punishment for moving early.

However feel feel to modify this, being as creative with your human statue training as you like ehe.

Keep the pose (I'll pm it to you) for 30 minutes, fully naked, just like in the pic.
If you move before the 30 minutes, even just one second (put a timer on your mobile) have a CBT add thread (make it last 1 day and then do it all in one session). If you can last DOUBLE (1h), you can do your next dare while listening to your favorite hypno.

I did manage to do 30 minutes, but it was very hard keeping my hands above my head.

Next, try it again (rest a bit first), for 45 minutes, but this time put the arms out like a cross. All the rest should be the same
