Collect your waste for a few days (urine, scat if you want and anything else gross you can think of) you should have a few liters of waste at a minimum. Feel free to grab other people’s as well if you need more.

Here's a simple clothing rule.

Bra rule: Wearing a bra, or not (your choice every morning)
