Dare: Person above messy dare. (with proof)

This is like any "Person above" dare. But someone gives the person BELOW a messy dare, then they do the dare. The difference though is that a picture must also be sent.

Get a tight pair of boxers on, tape around the bottoms of them to form a seal around the legs.

Fill up your pants, from and back with a full jar of jam/jelly. Get fully dressed over your underwear and go for a short walk.

How do we give proof by the way?
