I finally got around to my 2 games - same script as last time. Took the first one handily, then fell behind 3-0 on the second, before sweeping back after taking 3/4 bonus pics.

I'm going to wait a couple days - maybe @PrincessJessica wants to challenge and then I'll have two people stacked for a double up!

13 points a bad idea? Hardly - My last bet was 21!

Also, I've got a proposal for a first-page rules change to try to keep the game moving. If after 72 hours nobody has taken the most recent bet, whoever made that bet can assign a game to the last person in the chain at the lower of that person's last bet +5, or the current player's current bet.

EXAMPLE 1
Player A bets 5.
Player B assigns a game to Player A and bets 10.
Player C assigns a game to Player B and bets 12.
Nobody bets, so Player C assigns a game to Player B at the lower of their bet (12) or the last bet +5 (10+5=15), so Player C assigns Player B a game for 12.

EXAMPLE 2
Player A bets 5.
Player B assigns a game to Player A and bets 10.
Player C assigns a game to Player B and bets 20.
Nobody bets, so Player C assigns a game to Player B at the lower of their bet (20) or the last bet +5 (10+5=15), so Player C assigns Player B a game for 15.

This way, there is an incentive for players to increase their own bets more (ie in Example 2 Player C's bet let them assign Player B a bigger game) and also incentivizes continuous betting, because if the second-last player lets the chain die, they end up having to play twice in a row, at an increased bet the second time.

Can we make that official?

For your 13 you're going to do 1 day (5pts), play twice (5pts), intermediate (3pts).

and I'll bet 14.

(I also still think it would be good to incentivize increasing bets - ie. by making a rule that a player cannot use the same increase more than once in a chain - so if they've raised the bet by +1, their new minimum is +2 - but if they raised by +5 the first time, they could raise by +1 in a future bet - just never the same increase twice)
