Can somebody ban this account

Hi,

Can a mod ban this account and delete my old posts. I'm trying to turn my life around and getting off here is my starting point. I've changed my password to something I can't remember so I won't be able to access the account unless I try too hard. But as a safety measure would any mod/admin be able to.
