This tread is probably going to need some explaining so here's how it works
A user say person 1 posts something similar to this in the thread
Person below has 20 points to spend
First set of options
19 points 5 spanks to the ass
15 points 15 spanks to the ass
13 points 10 spanks to the balls
10 points 15 spanks to the balls
5 points 15 spanks to the balls and ass
1 point all of the above

Second set of options
19 points no additions to the spanking
15 points all spankings must be done with an implement
10 points toothpaste must be on the parts before the spanking + option 2
7 points must have a wedgie in during the spanking + option 3
5 points must thank yourself for giving you what you deserve after every spanking + option 4
1 point all spankings must be done naked + option 5

Then the person below has to choose 1 option from each of the tables provided (can be any number as long as it fits in 1 post) with the limited amount of points they have I'll start with the example I just gave
